The INDTEGRATE project has reached its first milestone with the establishment of the Project Governance Framework, setting the foundation for effective collaboration, decision-making and coordination throughout the project.
The framework defines the arrangements that will support the consortium’s work and ensure that project activities are implemented in a clear and coordinated way. Its formal establishment is supported by two key outcomes: the signed Consortium Agreement and the minutes of the project’s kick-off meeting.
With these arrangements now in place, the INDTEGRATE consortium has a clear structure for collaboration and project implementation, supporting effective coordination among partners as the project moves forward.
This first milestone marks an important step in setting the foundations for the successful implementation of INDTEGRATE and the work ahead.
